Primary Care Patient

As a primary care patient, you’ll enjoy the benefit of working closely with your provider to coordinate the holistic healthcare you need to live your best life. Here at Little Flower Family Medicine, Dr. Grawey and her team offer a variety of primary care services, including the following:

  • Checkups, well-child care, well-woman exams
  • Vaccinations
  • School and sports physicals
  • Diagnosis and treatment of illnesses and injuries
  • Management of chronic conditions

How We Practice

Little Flower Family Medicine relies on a model of care called Ideal Medical Practice. This model aims to provide high-quality, patient-centered collaborative care and continuity. To ensure we can continue to provide top-quality care, we limit the total number of primary care patients we work with at any given time and keep our practice intentionally small.

This ensures the best possible care for you and your family, and the dedicated provider attention you need when you have a healthcare concern.
